Ron Cuff started High Point Roofing in 2017 because he saw a need in the industry for something better — a roofing company that puts people first. He believed homeowners shouldn’t have to choose between great work and fair pricing or worry about whether a company will follow through. High Point was built on the values Ron lives by: honesty, hard work, accountability, and genuine customer care. Although Ron has recently stepped down as CEO, he’s proud that the mission hasn’t changed — deliver high-quality work, charge fair prices, and provide the kind of customer service that people remember and recommend. His hope is simple: that High Point Roofing continues to live out that mission for years to come.

Catherine is the newest member of the High Point team, joining in 2025 as the Office Manager. She graduated from York College in 2022 and has experience in sales and customer service. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her dog and practicing Pilates with friends.

High Point Roofing's Sales Consultant, Buddy Casper, graduated from Salem County Votech and has been working in the construction field since then. He joined High Point Roofing in 2021 and was promoted to Sales Consultant in 2022. In his free time, he enjoys fishing and hunting on his boat.

Bob Webster Outside Sales Consultant

Bob has been working in the construction industry for over 20 years, with a focus on roofing. He joined High Point Roofing in 2024 and brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the team. He is certified in both commercial and residential roofing, and also holds a drone pilot license. In his free time, Bob enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf.

Brandon Moffett: roofing sales consultant in New Jersey — **Brandon Moffett** Outside Sales Consultant

Brandon is a former US Army Airborne Infantry Sniper who completed 2 combat tours in Afghanistan. After retiring from the military, he spent 8 years in the construction and roofing industry. He enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his family. In 2025, he rejoined the High Point Team as a Sales Consultant.

I spent 35+ years running a construction company while serving 40 years in law enforcement. My company completed residential and commercial projects, including new homes, additions, and roofing. I managed estimates, permits, subcontractors, and all phases of construction. Since retiring, I’ve worked as a Supervising Carpenter, overseeing window, door, siding, skylight, and roof installations.
